The 36 Carrington Street project, located in Sydney's CBD, was a refurbishment of a 1970s 10-storey commerical building to create a new modern multi-purpose commerical building.

The commercial building is a 5-Star NABERS energy rated Base Building, with Frenger's X-Wing^® Radiant Passive Chilled Beams being used to provide Thermal Comfort of the highest quality, whilst still being both cost and energy-efficient for building owners.
