Active Multi-Service Chilled Beams

In 2014, Camden Council sold the 1960s office block building to the University College London Group (UCL) for circa £25 Million (UKP), with the building recently being used as a COVID-19 vaccination centre to provide support to the local Camden community.

The 42,000 ft² building was the first ever Multi-Service Chilled Beam project in the UK, with Frenger^® supplying their Active Multi-Service Chilled Beams in conjunction with ground source heat pumps.
