This project is unique in that it represents the first hotel in Australia and New Zealand that used Chilled Beam technology, and maybe the first such project in the Southern Hemisphere.

Frenger's Active Chilled Beams service 162 rooms over 5 levels providing building occupants with high levels of cooling and Thermal Comfort, with all beams supplied with chilled water and low temperature hot water via centralised plant.

All beams have integrated condensation sensors, control valves and room sensors.
