Located at Leavesden Park in Watford, the 120,000ft² office space is home to ASOS's Customer Care Contact Centre which houses their customer service and care teams. ASOS have occupied the space since mid-2019 after securing a 15-year lease.
The building was the proud recipent of the 'Best Fit Out of a Workplace' category at the British Council for Offices' annual Midlands and Central England Property Awards.
Frenger® supplied the award-winning ASOS building at Leavesden Park with its Active and Passive Chilled Beams.
