The building was awarded a 5-Star Green Star rating, with a 5-Star NABERS rating due to the use of Frenger's highly efficient Chilled Beams.

Frenger^® was selected to provide their range of Passive Chilled Beams to the project providing high levels of Thermal Comfort for the benefit of building occupants.
