Frenger^® supplied Wesley House in Brisbane with their range of Passive Chilled Beams installed behind the perforated ceiling.

Completed in 2009, the $19.5 Million (AUD) project features various sustainability features including the installation of Frenger's highly efficient Passive Chilled Beams, low emissions materials, and low energy lighting.

The 11-storey building achieved a 5 Star Green Star Rating as well as being awarded two accolades from the Australian Institute of Architects.
